The Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées (DESS) en gestion de l'éducation at Université du Québec à Montréal prepares graduates for management roles within educational institutions and organizations, covering topics such as educational administration, human resources, and organizational leadership in school and post-secondary settings.
