This graduate diploma develops professional competencies in complex-project and program management, building on and integrating advanced project-management knowledge, methods and tools. The 30-credit program, offered jointly by UQAT, UQTR, UQAC, UQAR and UQO, forms the second stage of a three-stage pathway: students first complete a short graduate program in project management before advancing to this diploma's 15 additional credits. Core courses cover project conception, operational planning and control, project-team management, project standardization, risk and issue management, and strategic management of projects and programs, culminating in an integration seminar, plus one complementary elective. The program is designed for professionals seeking to intervene efficiently and effectively in complex project or program environments.
