Overview
This doctoral program in kinesiology is a 90-credit degree with an estimated full-time duration of three to four years and must be completed full-time. It offers research training under faculty supervisors in the areas of healthy lifestyle habits, biomechanics, exercise physiology and exercise genetics, preparing graduates to design and conduct original research projects in these fields. Before submitting an application, a candidate must find a research director willing to supervise the doctoral work, as an admission offer depends on securing a supervisor. Admission is offered for the fall, winter and summer terms.
