This interdisciplinary Master of Science (M.Sc.) programme in rehabilitation sciences trains students in research methods across the biological, social, and policy dimensions of disability and recovery. Topics include the biological mechanisms of disability, access to health services, integration policies, development of measurement tools, and programme evaluation. The 45-credit programme centres on a research thesis completed under the supervision of a faculty member from a health, human and social science, or engineering background, and is completed over an estimated two years of full-time study. Applicants must secure a supervisor's written confirmation before applying. Some courses may be offered at a distance, in hybrid format, or comodally.
