This Master of Science (M.Sc.) in administrative sciences, people and organizational development stream, builds solid knowledge of organizational and personnel development, preparing graduates for advisory and intervention roles within organizations. Students choose between two concentrations: organizational development or human resources management, each combining theory with applied intervention and diagnostic methods used in workplace settings, supported by case-based and project work. The program totals 45 credits and is estimated to take two years of full-time study to complete, with part-time study also available. Admission is offered for the Fall and Winter terms, and some courses are delivered in hybrid format or fully at a distance. Graduates are prepared for roles as organizational-development advisors, human-resources professionals, and internal or external consultants supporting people and organizational change.

Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree, or a credential deemed equivalent, in administration, social sciences, or a related field, with a cumulative undergraduate average of at least 3.22 on a 4.33 scale for automatic admission; candidates with an average between 2.8 and 3.21 may apply but are not automatically admitted. Non-francophone applicants must pass the Test de connaissance du français with a minimum score of 600/699, including at least 14/20 on the written-expression component, or provide equivalent proof.
