Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial relations, or an equivalent diploma, or a bachelor's degree in a related social science discipline such as law, psychology, political science, economics, management, or sociology, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.33 scale. Non-francophone applicants must demonstrate French proficiency through the TCF test (minimum 400/699 on the mandatory sections and 10/20 on written expression) or equivalent coursework. Comprehension of written English is necessary, as specialized documentation is largely available only in English.
