This Master of Science in Administrative Sciences, concentration in Leadership in Organisational Change, develops critical thinking, analytical and intervention skills for professionals leading change within organisations. The course-based programme is built around management and leadership theory and culminates in a workplace intervention project applied to the student's own organisation. It is designed for working managers and executives, delivered mainly part-time with an average of one required virtual-classroom session per month; courses can be followed partially or entirely at a distance. Applicants must already hold a management or supervisory position with team responsibilities. Admission requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and confirmation of current management experience.
