This professional Master in Notarial Law prepares graduates for practice as notaries through integrated legal training in property law, succession planning, family law, and business law. Coursework is combined with a supervised professional internship (stage) that requires students to produce a report describing their placement and reflecting on it against course theory. The programme totals 54 credits and is offered on campus on a full-time basis, with a regular 16-month track or a reduced-load 28-month track available under certain conditions. Admission is based on prior academic preparation, record quality, and motivation. Graduates are prepared to sit the notarial bar and practise as notaries in Quebec.
