Overview
This is a four-year undergraduate Computer Science program offered as a Bachelor of Science at Wilfrid Laurier University, available on the Waterloo campus (with a separate offering at the Milton campus) and delivered both in person and online, full-time or part-time. Core first-year study covers calculus, linear algebra, introductory programming, and data structures, with the BSc route also including introductory functions and differential calculus. Later coursework spans algorithm design, databases, discrete structures, operating systems, and networking, with the Bachelor of Science track adding depth in areas such as networks, cryptography, and systems architecture, including a Big Data Systems concentration option.
