This program leads to a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, offered by the Faculty of Science at the Keele Campus on a full-time or part-time basis. Students study the properties and behaviour of molecules across analytical, physical and organic chemistry, extending into nanomaterials and biological chemistry. A Specialized Honours option focuses on pharmaceutical and biological chemistry, and fourth-year students can pursue supervised research through laboratory work or theoretical projects. Entry is available in the fall, winter and summer terms for both first-year and upper-year students. The program suits students seeking a broad chemistry foundation with the option to specialize toward pharmaceutical and biological applications and to gain hands-on research experience in the final year.
