Theatre (Performance Creation) is designed for students exploring multiple roles within theatre-making. Through studio-based courses in acting, devising, playwriting, design, and directing, students develop original work and gain experience as creator-performers, directors, designers, dramaturgs, and playwrights through collaborative projects. Coursework combines practical studio training with critical study of contemporary performance-making approaches. The program leads to a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and is offered through the School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design on the Keele campus, with full-time and part-time study options. Entry is available in Fall or Summer at first-year or upper-year level; Winter entry is not offered. All applicants complete a mandatory supplementary evaluation after submitting their application.
