General Description:
Objective(s) of a study programme:
To prepare specialists capable of creative, innovative and efficient work in a wide range of cultural, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary local and international contexts of design and media art; create, artistic research, think critically and reflectively.
Learning outcomes:
Program graduates will be able to:
1. Will be able to accumulate, critically evaluate, systematically analyze the latest knowledge of graphic design and animation, theoretical and practical innovations in the context of interdisciplinary design and media art.
2. Will be able to apply the latest knowledge and contemporary techniques of graphic design and animation to practical activities, artistic research in a new and constantly changing environment and interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary, integrated knowledge contexts.
3. Will be able to get acquainted with the actual problems of the society, the consumer, the environment, to independently carry out artistic research using advanced methods, to analyze and evaluate the results, and to provide solutions for the problems.
4. Will be able to use the necessary sources of information, perform information analysis, evaluate and summarize research results, interpret them, substantiate conclusions.
5. Ability to apply research results in specific socio-cultural contexts at national and international levels
6. Ability to create the latest knowledge and expression models of design (graphic design) and media (animation) art, generate new ideas, experiment, contributing to the further development of graphic design and animation art
7. Ability to contextually and conceptually think, select and apply the latest technological know-how and innovative methods of expression, as well as strategies to achieve specific goals, to solve problems between the user, the manufacturer and the society.
8. Has the ability to improve the individual interpersonal skills and creative principles of the artist.
9. Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment, to organize teamwork and to be its leaders, to act independently, to work with colleagues, clients, and the media.
Activities of teaching and learning:
The program is planned to be implemented in accordance with the contemporary study paradigm, where the central and active part of the study process is a student, and the studies are oriented towards independent, experiential, reflexive activities: it is planned to use various study methods and forms (case analysis, final project, general discussions of works, works portfolios, portfolios, debates, discussions, group tasks, individual consultations, individual tasks, information search tasks, collective tasks, creative workshops, analysis of literary / resource reviews, formulation of artistic problems and solution searches, mapping ideas, ideas, concepts, ideas rain, nature studies, lectures, reviews, exercises, exercises, problem solving, problem solving tasks, projects, seminars, role plays, reports, reflections, research on the feasibility of applying technological innovations in creativity, cognitive trips, creative expeditions, etc.).
Methods of assessment of learning achievements:
The methods for assessing student achievement, as envisaged in the program, will be in line with the study methods: written papers, reports of projects and individual work, evaluation of the competence portfolio, peer review, essay, assessment of individual and group presentations, participation in the discussion, debates, e-space evaluation of delivery and analysis of the information found, assessment of creative tasks, evaluation of practice portfolios, etc.

The subjects of the study field - 78 credits, the final project - 30 credits, elective subjects - 12 credits. Main subjects of the study field: Aesthetics, Contemporary Art, Artistic Research Methodology, Manifestations of Visual Ideas, Graphic Design: Graphic Design Parameters, Animation: Narrative Types
Animation: visual and acoustic expression, graphic design: theory and practice of experimental drawing, study of artistic research mesitry (graphic design / animation), interdisciplinary art, interactive arts project of interdisciplinary art.

Upon completion of studies, graduates will be able to apply knowledge and skills acquired during their studies in a wide field of work: they will be able to work in various creative enterprises and creative industries (studios, publishing houses, galleries, etc.), in projects, to work as independent developers - graphic design and / or animation artists, as well as interdisciplinary artists, will be able to be creative leaders in companies, will be able to set up their own businesses
