The programme develops cross-disciplinary skills for designing and putting into practice educational systems built on advanced technology, aimed at producing educational solutions relevant to a given learning community. Coursework draws on psychology and neuroscience to explain human development and group processes, and combines education, management and computer science to develop new educational technologies and inclusive learning environments, covering subjects such as cognitive neuroscience, developmental psychology, general and inclusive education, coaching, the ethics of artificial intelligence and educational process design. Students build research skills in gathering and analysing data using digital tools and action research methods, and special skills in designing and managing individual and group learning in both real and virtual environments, generating prototypes and assessing the business context for educational innovations. The programme also develops skills in professional communication in Lithuanian and at least one foreign language, interdisciplinary teamwork, and reflecting critically and ethically on one's own professional practice, concluding with a final degree project and its defence.
