Client assessment grounded in a holistic view of health is central to this cosmetology programme, which teaches students to evaluate skin condition, plan facial and body care, and run a cosmetology business while pursuing personal development. Special abilities covered include identifying aesthetic needs and possible pathologies, drawing up short- and long-term care plans, performing manual and apparatus-based procedures while following safety and hygiene rules, and critically assessing treatment results for clients. Field subjects address cytology and microbiology, pathology, physiology and anatomy, cosmetic chemistry, makeup techniques, skin diseases, massage, hair-removal techniques, and beauty-service management and marketing, with roughly half the programme devoted to practical training such as facial- and body-care placements and twenty weeks of practice. Students may deepen their studies through phytotherapy, aromatherapy, clinical cosmetology, or spa philosophy, and general competence courses add health informatics and communication psychology. Teaching draws on informational, practical, and creative methods, including case studies, demonstration, and simulation, and the degree concludes with a graduation paper and final examination.
