BA/BS in Business Analytics

This programme merges business management with information technology, training students to analyse a changing business environment, apply data-driven methods and model company activity in support of sustainable development. The curriculum covers economics, statistics, applied mathematics, management, business law, marketing, managing production and services, sales management, accounting and finance, alongside algorithm basics, programming, big data, databases, information security and dedicated business-management systems. Learning is assessed continuously through exams, tests, practical tasks and defended projects, and students complete a substantial practice placement split across several stages within a company, alongside a course paper and a final thesis. Graduates are trained to collect, process and visualise company performance data, identify business problems and their causes, and propose cost-effective, innovation-oriented solutions while handling confidential information responsibly.
