Admission Requirements: DOMESTIC APPLICANTS How to apply. Submit your application through the Service régional d'admission du Montréal métropolitain (SRAM) at admission.sram.qc.ca. Academic basis. For pre-university and technical DEC programs, you qualify by holding: a Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) from the youth or adult sector; or a Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) plus passes in 5th-secondary language of instruction, 5th-secondary second language and 4th-secondary mathematics; or training the Cégep judges equivalent. You must also satisfy any Ministry-set subject prerequisites for your chosen program, any College-set condition for that program (a specific secondary course, or an admission test, for example), the Cégep's own admission policy, and Règlement no. 12 on academic success. Subject prerequisites are set per program - check the Conditions d'admission section on the page of the program you want, or the SRAM per-program table, before you apply. INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS How to apply (day programs, pre-university and technical). All applications go through SRAM's international-candidate section; once you submit online, SRAM lists the documents you must upload to your account. Deadline for Fall-session applications: 14 March. After an offer, obtain a Certificat d'acceptation du Québec (CAQ) from the Quebec ministry of immigration (MIFI), then a Canadian study permit from IRCC once the CAQ is issued, plus medical/hospital insurance valid for your stay (Marie-Victorin's own insurance unless you hold French citizenship with RAMQ reciprocity).
