Overview
Brock University's graduate program in sustainability, offered through the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Main Campus, leads to a Master of Sustainability aimed at advancing society's shift toward environmental sustainability through applied and transdisciplinary study. Admission Requirements: The programme page defers to Brock's general graduate admission requirements: a four-year degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university or Canadian college, with a minimum average of 75% (mid-B) over the last two years of full-time undergraduate study. Applicants whose first language is not English must meet Brock's standard graduate minimum: IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0, TOEFL iBT 88 overall with no section below 21, CAEL 70 overall with no part below 60, or PTE Academic 60 overall with no communicative skill below 60. On top of these university-wide conditions, the programme itself asks for transcripts from all previous post-secondary study, two academic references, a curriculum vitae, and a written statement of intent of up to two pages in formal essay format with citations.

Application Deadline:For current Ontario secondary-school applicants, Brock's OUAC deadline for all undergraduate programmes is January 15, 2027, with offers to be accepted by June 1, 2027; programmes may still accept applications after this date if capacity allows. Brock states no fixed deadline for Canadian residents or international applicants who are not currently attending an Ontario high school (OUAC 105 or direct international application) — these are reviewed without a published equal-consideration or final date. Several programmes, including BA (Hons) Game Design, carry a separate February 1, 2027 supplementary-document deadline. Admission runs on a rolling basis once the stated dates pass, capacity permitting. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
