Sciences, informatique et mathématique is a two-year, four-session pre-university DEC that combines mathematics, computer science, and physics with an introduction to chemistry. The Sciences, informatique et mathematique programme requires Mathematiques Technico-sciences 5e or Sciences naturelles 5e, Chimie 5e, and Physique 5e completed at the secondary level. Applicants admitted on a DEP must also have completed Secondary V language of instruction, Secondary V second language, and Secondary IV mathematics. Instruction is in French; the programme page does not publish a separate English or French proficiency test score, the DES or DEP itself certifying the language of instruction. International applicants apply through the same SRACQ process but the college publishes no fixed international closing date, only post-admission steps such as a 5,000 CAD tuition deposit and a CAQ/study permit process that can take 12 or more weeks. Admission runs through successive rounds rather than a single hard cutoff, so later applicants are still considered while seats remain.
