Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology

Computer Engineering Technology is a three-year, nationally recognized diploma at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, delivered on campus at the Moose Jaw campus. The 76-week academic program is organized into five academic semesters and includes three mandatory four-month paid co-operative education work terms that add practical industry experience. The program begins each August, with applications opening September 1 using a First Qualified, First Admitted process. Admission requires Grade 12 with a minimum of 60% in Pre-Calculus 30, along with Saskatchewan Polytechnic's English Language Requirement. Applicants may also qualify through ACCUPLACER testing or by presenting 15 approved post-secondary credits. Graduates are prepared for technologist roles in computer hardware and embedded systems design, testing, and support.
