Infrastructure et sécurité des réseaux is a technical option within Collège de Maisonneuve's Informatique diploma programme (420.B0), leading to a Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) over six full-time sessions (three years). The programme trains students to design, install, manage, and secure computer networks, servers, and computer systems, with coursework covering network administration, Linux systems, infrastructure security, and cybersecurity. Classes run Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on campus. In the sixth and final session, students complete an eight-week workplace internship. The college reports that 94% of graduates are employed or pursuing further studies shortly after graduation, and multiple DEC-BAC and transfer agreements with Quebec universities allow graduates to continue directly into related university bachelor's programmes.
