The MA in Human Systems Intervention prepares students to plan and implement whole-system change processes, combining study of change theories with applied intervention work in organizations. Scheduling allows students to apply skills acquired in the programme directly in the workplace as they progress. Two options are offered: a Thesis Option, admitting in the Fall term, and a Project Option, admitting in the Summer term, which additionally requires a minimum of two years' full-time work experience. The programme totals 45 credits over a nominal two years. Applicants require a bachelor's degree with a minimum B average or cumulative GPA of 3.00, the capacity to complete all core first-year courses in the scheduled sequence, and English proficiency if their primary language is not English.
