Requirements
Admission Requirements: Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent with Grade 12 English (C or U). Mature applicants aged 19 or over without an OSSD may take the Admissions Assessment for English, or upgrade to earn the credit. Meeting the minimum requirement does not guarantee admission, and applicants may need grades above it. International applicants should review the country-specific admission requirements George Brown publishes. After confirming acceptance, students must complete the clinical pre-placement health package, which takes about eight to 10 weeks and covers immunisation records (Tdap, COVID-19, MMR, varicella, hepatitis B titres and a two-step TB skin test) together with a clear Vulnerable Sector Check renewed each year.
