A high school transcript and resume are required from every applicant, with a post-secondary transcript added where relevant; academic upgrading is available for missing credits, and mature-student applications are accepted. English is the language of instruction: applicants whose first language is not English demonstrate proficiency with IELTS Academic 6.5 (no band below 6), TOEFL iBT 85, CAEL 60 (minimum 50 per band), PTE Academic 60, Duolingo English Test 120 (no section under 115) or Cambridge B2 First/C1 Advanced/C2 Proficiency 176 (no band below 169), among other accepted tests; graduates of a Canadian high school who completed English 621 in P.E.I. (or its provincial equivalent) with at least 70%, or applicants with three consecutive years of full-time English-medium post-secondary study completed within two years of the program start, are exempt. The program takes a September intake at the Georgetown Centre.
