Overview
Admission to this international-students-only certificate has been suspended since the September 2025 intake, with no date set for reopening; while running, it functioned as a full-time, in-person intensive version of Langara's real estate certificate curriculum, condensed into evening classes three to four times a week plus occasional Saturday sessions. It covers the same broad foundation in real estate topics used across Langara's other real estate credentials, giving students groundwork for further study or for meeting the education component of various real estate licensing pathways in BC. When it was accepting applications, seats were limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a minimum 80% attendance requirement in every course and completion taking at least one year.

Application Deadline:Domestic applicants apply through EducationPlannerBC: for the 2027 entry cycle, applications open 1 February 2026 for Spring (January) entry, 1 June 2026 for Summer (May) entry and 1 October 2026 for Fall (September) entry, then stay open with no fixed closing date until each programme fills or classes begin. International applicants use the same EducationPlannerBC portal but face fixed closing dates: 30 September 2026 for Spring 2027, 31 January 2027 for Summer 2027 and 31 May 2027 for Fall 2027. A short list of limited-enrolment programmes - Nursing, Advanced Entry BSN, Nursing Practice in Canada, Applied Science for Engineering and the Post-Degree Diploma in Data Analytics - set their own, earlier deadlines that apply to both applicant types. Admission is otherwise rolling. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
