This Master of Business Administration is a graduate degree offered full-time or part-time on campus, or fully online in an asynchronous format. Twenty-one credits of foundation courses cover accounting, finance fundamentals, managerial economics, organizational behaviour, marketing, business statistics, and operations management, followed by six credits of core coursework in corporate finance and ethical leadership, a three-credit capstone in strategic management, three credits of work-integrated learning through a business placement, and twelve elective credits chosen from accounting, finance, management, marketing, and operations. Students can specialize in Analytics and Operations or in Global Management. A one-year fast-track route is available to business graduates with advanced standing, while the standard program runs two years and requires a minimum of thirty credits. The program suits working professionals and recent graduates; online learners average thirteen years of work experience. Graduates pursue careers in banking, consulting, advertising, human resources, digital marketing, accounting, and financial planning, as well as entrepreneurship, across public and private sector organizations.

Laurentian's MBA combines GPA and GMAT on a sliding scale: a High-C average (65%) requires a GMAT of 600 or higher, C+ (66-69%) requires 575+, B (70-74%) requires 550+, B+ (75-79%) requires 525+, and an A (80%+) requires 500+; GMAT scores must be valid within five years, and applicants with at least six years of intermediate-level professional experience may seek a waiver. Applicants whose first language is not English must meet Laurentian's language requirement: IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0, TOEFL iBT 88 overall (pre-2026 scale), PTE Academic 60 overall, Duolingo 120 overall with no subscore below 110, or CAEL 70 overall with no part below 60. Three reference forms, a statement of interest, a CV, and official transcripts (WES-evaluated for non-North-American credentials seeking advanced standing) are also required; admission is competitive, ranked by the MBA Admissions Committee.

Application Deadline:Laurentian's Canadian- and international-applicant pages publish recurring annual deadlines without stating an entry year, so the dates below are each one's next future occurrence measured from September 2026. For September 2027 entry, domestic Group A (current Ontario high-school, OUAC 101) applicants face a January 15, 2027 deadline and Group B (other domestic, OUAC 105) applicants August 1, 2027; Group B's next January-entry deadline is December 1, 2026 and next May-entry deadline is April 1, 2027. International applicants must apply by June 15, 2027 (documents June 20, 2027) for September 2027 entry; the recurring January-entry international deadline next falls on August 15, 2026, already past, so no January 2027 international deadline remains open, and no May-entry international deadline is published.
