Before clinical placements, admitted students must submit a criminal record check with vulnerable-sector screening at their own cost, retain immunization documentation for presentation on request, and hold current in-person First Aid and CPR BLS or HCP certification dated after May 1 of their entry year. Applicants who are not Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons registered under the Indian Act are assessed at the international rate and must meet Queen's English-language proficiency requirement: IELTS Academic 6.5 with no band below 6.0, TOEFL iBT 88 with a minimum of 20 in each skill, Duolingo 120, PTE Academic 60, CAEL 70 with no band below 60, Cambridge C1 Advanced 175, or LanguageCert Academic 70.

Application Deadline: Application deadline February 1, 2027 for Fall 2027 entry, with a mandatory Supplementary Application due February 15, 2027; Nursing Advanced Standing Track applicants have a document deadline of March 15, 2027.
