PGCert in Information Technology Project Management

This post-graduate certificate prepares degree holders to manage information technology projects, covering project management fundamentals, risk management, procurement and contract management, information security management, software management, organizational behaviour, communications, quality assurance, financial analysis, leadership, and team effectiveness. The program runs 32 weeks over one year and is offered at Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina, and Saskatoon, with work-integrated learning opportunities such as projects and guest speakers. Admission requires a conferred bachelor's degree in any discipline, together with Saskatchewan Polytechnic's English Language Requirement; international students from institutions with a valid memorandum of understanding may be admitted after their third year of a four-year degree with a minimum GPA of 60%. Students are admitted through the First Qualified/First Admitted process, with September and January starts; applications open each September 1. Graduates are prepared for project coordination and management roles within information technology teams.
