Trades - Apprenticeship in Construction and Maintenance Electrician

Construction and Maintenance Electrician is an in-school apprenticeship training programme at Sault College, meeting the in-school training requirements of the Electrical Construction and Maintenance apprenticeship administered by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Training is delivered across three levels — a basic course of eight weeks and intermediate and advanced courses of ten weeks each — complementing on-the-job hours with an employer. Coursework covers electrical theory, electronics, instrumentation, the Canadian Electrical Code, installation methods, reading prints, and monitoring systems, combining classroom instruction with hands-on practical skills.
