This second-cycle professional graduate certificate (15 credits) prepares intermediate managers with experience in business technology management to lead digital transformation initiatives at the operational and strategic levels. The curriculum, delivered through five required courses, covers emerging digital technologies, business technology leadership, digital strategy and performance, applications of artificial intelligence in management, and innovation and digital transformation, aimed at using existing and emerging technologies to transform business models, products, services, structures, processes, and workplaces. The programme is delivered entirely online, with no in-person component, and is offered part-time through the Gatineau and Saint-Jerome campuses, with intake in the Fall, Winter, and Summer terms. Admission is open to holders of a specialized bachelor's degree or equivalent with a cumulative average of at least 3.2 on a 4.3 scale; candidates with an average between 2.8 and 3.2 and several years of relevant experience may also be admitted, subject to remedial coursework. Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered with relevant professional accreditation in project management and at least seven years of management experience in business technology, or at least ten years of general management experience. All applicants must demonstrate proficiency in French and sufficient comprehension of English.
