This Bachelor of Music combines general and practical musical training, giving students a fundamental musicianship essential to any performer. The 90-credit, three-year curriculum includes mandatory courses in music history, ear training, analysis and composition alongside individual or group instrumental lessons, developing performance skills and instrument-specific technical repertoire. Three concentrations are offered: Classical, Jazz and Popular Music, and Digital Audio Production. Students without a prior music DEC complete three foundational first-year courses in theory and ear training. The programme leads to graduate studies in music education, musicology, performance or instrumental pedagogy, and prepares graduates for careers as performers, educators or music professionals.
