This program leads to a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Music, offered full-time or part-time at the Keele Campus with entry in Fall, Winter or Summer for both first-year and upper-year students. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Ontario Secondary School Diploma applicants need ENG4U plus additional Grade 12 academic subjects, with an academic average in the low-to-mid 70s for admission and a final average of 70% required to maintain the offer; equivalent senior secondary requirements apply to other Canadian provinces and international credentials. Every applicant must also complete a supplementary evaluation after submitting their application, with the online component due by February 5, 2027 for guaranteed consideration for Fall 2027 entry. Application deadlines for Fall 2027 are January 15, 2027 for Ontario high school applicants and March 24, 2027 for out-of-province and international applicants. Unless exempt, applicants must meet York's undergraduate English proficiency minimums: IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 88, PTE Academic 60, CAEL 60, or Duolingo 120.
