MA/MS in Erziehungswissenschaft

The Master of Arts in Educational Sciences, subject-focused variant, is offered by the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Bielefeld University. The page explains the programme modules: a common subject foundation, profile modules, a research project and a final module, plus an individual supplement. Students choose a profile such as migration pedagogy or civil and international education. In each module they complete one study achievement and one module examination. Two of these examinations are graded, and one of them is a graded term paper, so students should plan the examination sequence early. The master thesis requires completion of the subject foundation, and the registration form is sent by email after both examiners sign it. Planning aids and the examinations office are available for questions about the programme.
