Power and Process Engineering Diploma

Admission Requirements: Applicants need English Studies 12 at 67% or equivalent (Category 2 — also met by IELTS Academic 6.5 with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 4.5 with no section below 3.5, PTE Academic 60, Duolingo 120, or CAEL 70, per BCIT's institution-wide English Language Proficiency page), Physics 11 at 67%, and one of Pre-Calculus 11 at 67%, Pre-Calculus 12 at 50%, Foundations of Math 12 at 67%, or another BC or Yukon equivalent. BCIT recommends a good command of oral and written English, sufficient physical strength and stamina for the work, and good hearing, eyesight, normal colour vision, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; students with medical or physical difficulties are directed to Accessibility Services. Applications are accepted throughout the year and qualified applicants are admitted first-come, first-served as long as space remains.
