Overview
This technical Diploma of College Studies (DEC) trains students for careers in fashion commercialization across buying, retail management, wholesale commerce, marketing, visual merchandising, and styling. Over six sessions, the curriculum combines classroom instruction with roughly 1,100 hours of practical training through internships, industry partnerships, and applied projects, including management responsibilities within CNDF's own student-run fashion boutique. Students use the international trend-forecasting platform WGSN and take part in the annual Mode Event, where they organize and present their own collections. The programme includes a fourth-session study trip to Paris for immersion in the fashion industry, and students collaborate with peers in the Fashion Design programme on shared projects. Graduates are prepared for roles in retail buying, merchandising, marketing, and fashion-related sales and management. Classes are delivered on campus.
