International applicants apply through SRACQ's separate international-student portal, but Cegep de Rimouski publishes no fixed international closing date, and requires a 7,000 CAD pre-admission deposit before issuing an admission letter. Domestic admission proceeds through successive SRACQ rounds rather than one hard cutoff, so later applicants are still considered while seats remain; no international deadline is published.
