Overview

This Certificate in Foundations for Business, offered through Concordia's John Molson School of Business, gives students the academic background needed for further study in undergraduate business degree programs. The 30-credit program suits students preparing to progress into a degree program as well as those who prefer a short, standalone program covering the foundations of business study. Students admitted to the certificate who wish to continue into a degree program are expected to apply for admission to that program within their first 30 credits. Classes are held on the Sir George Williams campus in Montreal, with entry in the Fall or Winter term. The certificate also gives students a chance to become familiar with the John Molson School environment before choosing a Bachelor of Commerce program.
