Digital Media Design is a one-year certificate introducing the foundations of digital media production. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission requires Grade 12 graduation, or final-year enrolment, including one credit each of Grade 12 English (40S) and Grade 12 Math (40S), plus a specified portfolio of artwork covering drawing, designing, and writing tasks, with portfolio instructions released each December. Applicants who meet the academic and portfolio requirements are invited to a mandatory information session in June. Applicants aged 19 or older who have been out of high school for at least a year may substitute Grade 12 English and Math, or RRC Polytech's Introduction to Business program, while still meeting the portfolio and information-session requirements. Applicants who completed three years of full-time secondary education in Canada, the US, or an ELR-exempt country in English meet the language requirement; others must submit one of RRC Polytech's approved certificate-level English assessments.
