International applicants and those whose prior study was not in English must meet the college's general Diploma and College Certificate standard: IELTS Academic 6.0 with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 79-80 with no test score below 20, PTE Academic 60 with no communicative skill below 52, or Duolingo English Test 110 with no band below 105. Students must also meet lab and dress-code requirements, including uniform, non-slip shoes, and hair-control and grooming standards during food preparation. The programme begins in September 2027.
