Culinary Arts is a 64-week diploma at Saskatchewan Polytechnic and the only four-semester advanced culinary training program in Saskatchewan. Delivery combines hands-on learning, online learning, and participation in real food events across four 16-week semesters. The program is offered with a September intake at the Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina, and Saskatoon campuses. Graduates earn a diploma preparing them for culinary careers in professional kitchens and food service. Admission requires Grade 12, and applicants must be 18 years old as of the program start date, along with Saskatchewan Polytechnic's English Language Requirement.
