MA/MS in Maîtrise en sciences cliniques

The Maitrise en sciences cliniques at Universite de Montreal is a 45-credit graduate program developing competencies in applied clinical research across specialized biomedical domains. Students acquire foundational knowledge and initiate research in the clinical, evaluative, or epidemiological aspects of human health while building critical thinking and scientific communication skills. Six areas of specialization are offered: Clinical Ethics, Computational Medicine, Musculoskeletal Sciences, Patient Partnership, Applied Clinical Research, and Aging Sciences. Students complete the program through a directed-work pathway or a thesis pathway, studying full-time or part-time at the Montreal campus. Before applying, candidates must secure a letter of acceptance from a research director willing to supervise their work; the admissions committee may also request a letter of motivation, letters of recommendation, or an interview. Admission requires a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. New students are admitted in the Summer, Fall, and Winter terms.
