This 90-credit Baccalaureat par cumul avec appellation (BACCAP) in Population Sciences pairs a required 60-credit major in Demography with a 30-credit elective minor or certificate chosen from disciplines such as anthropology, biology, economics, Indigenous studies, geography, history, mathematics, sociology, or a data-management certificate. The demography major develops advanced skills in explaining social phenomena and verifying that explanation through quantitative data. An honours pathway recognizing academic excellence gives access to graduate studies, and internship or research experience may be available.
