This Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is a 30-credit undergraduate program offered online (distance format) by the Universite de Sherbrooke's Ecole de gestion, with admission in the fall, winter (full-time or part-time) and summer (part-time only) terms. It gives students the multidisciplinary base knowledge and skills needed for effective occupational health and safety intervention. An 18-credit module covers legislation, labour-relations dynamics, occupational hygiene, prevention tools, workplace health, and the legal management of compensation and financing files; a further 12-credit module covers industrial processes and safety, intervention strategy, an intervention project, and the interaction between occupational health and safety and the environment.
