Overview

The PhD in Biology (Doctorat en biologie) at Universite de Sherbrooke is a 90-credit research doctorate leading to the Philosophiae Doctor degree, offered full-time on the Sherbrooke campus. Students conduct original research under a faculty supervisor within the Department of Biology, which is active in molecular and cellular biology, terrestrial ecology and microbiology-biotechnology, including through the Centre de recherche en ecologie terrestre. The program admits at the Fall, Winter and Summer terms under a regular or partnership full-time study regime.
