The Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology is a 120-credit program with an estimated full-time duration of four years. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Quebec applicants need a DEC in Natural Sciences with completed chemistry coursework, a DEC in Science, Letters and Arts, or an International Baccalaureate in Pure and Applied Sciences; alternative pathways exist for technical DEC holders. Applicants from other provinces or countries need an equivalent 12- to 13-year pre-university diploma. Non-francophone applicants must demonstrate sufficient French proficiency through the TCF test.
