Overview
This professional Master of Science (M.Sc.) programme trains specialists for the food industry, covering the quality, safety, and functionality of foods and their components. Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in food sciences and technology, or an equivalent diploma; candidates from related fields such as biology, biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, or chemical engineering may be admitted but may require preparatory coursework. A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.33 scale is required. Non-francophone applicants must demonstrate French proficiency through the TCF-TP test (minimum 400/699 on the mandatory sections and 10/20 on written expression) or an equivalent university course; English proficiency is recommended but not required.
