Delivered in English in the style of a North American liberal-arts business programme, the degree combines a 51-ECTS core spanning history, moral philosophy, religion, language, conflict studies, and psychology or sociology with a 165-ECTS major in accounting, economics, finance, marketing, and management, supplemented by mathematics, statistics, computer systems, and communication, a fifteen-ECTS practicum, and a twelve-ECTS final project in the form of a thesis or business plan. Students choose a specialisation in marketing, economics, or international business communication, and twenty-four ECTS of electives can be drawn from modules such as conflict transformation, Christian studies, or translation and interpretation, with the option of pairing the degree with a second one in theology. Learning outcomes include gaining knowledge across business areas such as accounting, economics, finance, marketing, information systems, and management, and developing skills in communication, persuasion, and the collection, evaluation, and presentation of information. Students also build skills in critical thinking, scientific reasoning, and quantitative literacy, and develop attitudes of collaboration, respect, and openness to diversity and challenge.
