Cert in Professional Aircraft Piloting (Integrated ATP(A) Program)

This AEC programme, delivered through a partnership between Collège Laflèche and Cargair flight academy, trains professional pilots to Transport Canada's integrated Airline Transport Pilot ATP(A) standard. Training combines theoretical instruction, flight hours, and simulator sessions, including twin-engine flight experience, spread over approximately 18 to 24 months. Graduates receive three credentials: a professional pilot licence issued by Transport Canada, an integrated ATP(A) diploma from Cargair, and a collegial diploma from Collège Laflèche. The curriculum also includes customer-service and aviation-English components. Admission requires a secondary school diploma (DES) or equivalent, along with a Transport Canada Category 1 medical certificate. Candidates are expected to demonstrate good physical condition, discipline, sound judgment, and fluency in French and English. The programme prepares graduates for professional piloting careers with airlines and other aviation employers.
