This DEC Technique programme trains professionals to create, promote, and deliver tourism experiences, developing skills in guest reception, animation, guiding, product development, marketing, communication, and project management. Graduates are trained to welcome, inform, and accompany diverse tourism clients, design and promote tourism products and services, and communicate in national and international tourism contexts. More than half of the training takes place in the workplace through Apprentissage en milieu de travail, including two paid alternance placements of 250 hours each and a 255-hour professional placement; international placements are available under certain conditions, including a paid international learning experience in the second year. The curriculum progressively integrates English and also develops Spanish-language skills. The programme runs three years. Graduates can pursue roles such as tourism event coordinator, tourism development officer, travel counsellor, or tour guide, across sectors including attractions, adventure tourism, festivals and conferences, and transportation.
