The Graduate Diploma in Management – Project Management (D.E.S.S. en gestion – gestion de projets) is a 30-credit, second-cycle diploma covering the fundamentals of project management: concepts, models, theory, and processes. Coursework builds skills for diagnosing project issues, gathering and analyzing information, and developing solutions, alongside leadership development. Students learn to plan and lead projects within an organization's business environment and strategy, covering feasibility assessment, objective-setting, and change management. Elective courses include agile project management, logistics project management, and risk management, and the programme can help prepare students for Project Management Institute (PMI) certification exams. It is offered full-time or part-time, in evening sessions, delivered in hybrid format (alternating weekly between online and in-person classes) at the Centre-ville campus. Graduates pursue roles such as project coordinator, project manager, project director, programme director, PMO director, or project management consultant, across consulting firms, large corporations, government ministries, multinationals, municipalities, and non-governmental organizations.
