Cert in Human Resource Management

The Human Resource Management certificate develops skills in recruitment, selection, performance management, compensation, training and development, and labour relations for public- or private-sector HR roles. The one-year program is designed for people already working full time: delivery combines full-day, on-campus class sessions roughly every second Saturday with independent coursework managed through an online learning management system. It is offered through the Prince of Wales Campus. The program builds on prior introductory human resources and organizational behaviour coursework, and graduates are prepared for HR generalist or specialist roles handling day-to-day people-management functions within an organization.
